  I have visited the LLBean Indy location twice in 2 months. Both times I was treated with a such a level of disrespect and rudeness I am still shocked. I have been a LLBean card holder and customer for over 20 years. The first incident was with Vicki at check out and the second with Candy also at checkout. When I raised my concerns with Jake the store manager his response was dismissive and he couldn't have cared a less. Now I know why the employees at this store are so RUDE! I will NEVER shop this store again............Corporate needs to know about this!

  This was my first time in an LLBean. Corporate should check in on the customer experience at the location in Indianapolis. I counted 8 workers (minimum), mostly standing and talking to each other. The store was not busy. We could have spent a fortune outfitting for snow/winter and were ready to buy...instead each person seemed inconvenienced by questions, not knowledgeable on products they carry and what could be purchased online if not in the store to coordinate, and generally unhelpful. The items are high quality and not cheap, so I expected a different experience. It reminded to shop local at the family outdoor store near my house. Unfortunately, I have a gift card I need to use and will be using that online without spending any more than what's on the card.
