She told me she would find the answer, but it might take a few days. She called back in less than 10 minutes and gave me my answer. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is EXACTLY the kind of thing I would do if I didn't know the answer. I'll take the person's info, find the answers, then call them and let them know. This kind of thing is so rare anymore. It actually surprises the hell outta me when I find someone like me who actually helps, rather than, "I don't know.." So, THANK YOU Mrs. Melissa!! I appreciate you so much!!
