  First time ever in one of these stores & OMG! Definitely coming back!!!(after I get paid...) Thank you to the employees/workers at the store for even letting me in today. Came in to price check a suit case for my belongings(which are squeezedinto three tote bags... everything I own in these bags ...). They were nice enough to let me set my bags down and price check different duffle bags/suit cases... Thank you Citi Trends, Definitely coming back at some point because literally everything in that store should be in my closet.. How nobody has ever explained this store to me is a mystery 🎄. Customer Service Opinion. The prices are on point, clothes, shoes are all on point, super cute shoes, shirts...ect. Store was clean, the employees(workers) answered my questions.... Unfortunately I did spill coffee on a shirt I was contemplating on buying for a price check, it had no tag.... Unfortunately the manager said that it had to be purchased at full price, which derailed my idea to stock up on clearance rack shirts $5 and $7 a piece. Shout out though, I hope they clone that store, my home town needs one of these stores, every town needs that store!!! 🏀

  I actually love the city train. Great customer service you get greeted when you walk in no matter if they’re on the floor busy and everyone is nice and sweet. I enjoy coming into the store every week. Keep up the good work, ladies.

  First time ever walking into this store and they tell me that I can't have my purse with me and that they will have to hold on to it. When I told them it's not a back pack but infact a small purse they told me that I couldn't shop there. I would give a 0☆'s if I could.
