After we looked through Nordstrom and Untuckit, we decided to try Bonobos - and thank our lucky stars we did. Seriously, Bobby is the BEST. Hands down, because of him, the store and its products immediately became a #1 favorite for my better half. Bobby greeted us and asked us what we needed; he wasn’t the eager sales person who was immediately in your face, he was chill about it and let the store do the talking. Then when we asked a question, it was Bobby’s mission to make sure we received an excellent answer. He showed us different options of size, fit, style, color, etc. and made us feel heard. Bobby was easy to talk to and fun to work with. Definitely coming back to shop there again and look for him!
