The included sandwich and roller j hooks along with safety straps make it an awesome package. Shipping was fast, and only took about a week. I appreciated that all of the hardware was the same size so I didn't need 10 different wrenches to put it together. The powder coat finish is durable and looks great. Overall, I am very happy with the quality and value.

- CWChris WiseOct 25, 20215.0Purchased an arch nemesis swiss bar from BoS. Shipping was fast (and free). It's a really nice bar at a fantastic value. So far my favorite use is for pressing. The curvature of the bar and handles makes pressing much easier on the shoulders, and gives great range of motion to active the muscles. It comes with a 600lb limit (which I won't be hitting anytime soon), but the wife also loves it because it is so lightweight and easy to maneuver. It fits nicely on my rep PR5000v2 rack using sandwich J Cups. It's basically a Kabuki Kadillac bar at less than half the price, PLUS a few unique features that can't even be found on the Kadillac. All in all I highly recommend this bar, and this company.
