I’m not sure if the training department is non existent, but it’s one of the few memorable experiences. I ordered a sweater to pick up as a gift for my wife around noon and 5 hours later it wasn’t ready. My parents went to go pick it up and they couldn’t just scan it and put it in a bag? They waited over half an hour when finally I just told them to buy a new one if they are at the store. They had to create a whole other account to get the 30% off. I still have not received my refund. Crazy

They need serious retraining on how to properly conduct themselves when speaking with customers. The prejudgment and condescending attitude came across as extremely unprofessional—and even gave off very discriminatory, almost racist, energy. Completely unacceptable.
