I bought 5 books even when she gave me my change she just stuffed it in my hands & didn't say thank you or anything. If we didn't come in here, you wouldn't have a job. Learn how to acknowledge customers & stop being rude

Staff be in there but they lock the doors and write a sign for the door. It’s literally so annoying! I can’t wait to call corporate Monday morning & inform them of this.
