She was extremely knowledgeable about all the Vans styles and even shared great tips on how to keep your Vans clean. She took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for and made sure we got the best deals. We returned the very next day to exchange one pair of shoes, and when we walked in, she recognized us right away. She even remembered what we talked about the day before. I know it’s just one day, but she could’ve forgotten all about us. That level of attentiveness and care really stood out. Trista is so personable, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it made our whole experience memorable. We will always remember how well she treated us! We ❤️Vans but most importantly We love Trista!
- JHJoanne HalpinDec 7, 20251.0I have been a die hard vans girlie for years. I went to buy a new pair today in Greenwood park mall and had a very bad experience. While trying on the shoe I wanted in my size a staff member came at me aggressivley yelling that I was not allowed to try on the shoes. Not allowed to try on the shoes? Apparently she had to get the the same size from the back so I didnt 'dirty' the shoes (her words) - is this is a store policy? I hope not... if it is staff could at least be polite, have some manners and not shout at customers across the store..very upsetting. I was shocked. Needless to say I took off the shoe and left with my money in my pocket. Definitly a sale lost today and I will not be back in the future. I would score a zero if I could, only redeeming factor was that the other staff did greet us with a friendly demenor.
