- CScraig stewart2 days ago5.0I have been a customer of Reis-Nichols for a while now. Sabrina is an excellent jewelry professional. Most recently I have been there to have three watches repaired, all of which we inherited. One they repaired for us, at a very reasonable cost. One must be shipped to Switzerland for repair, and they were the only jewelry store in Indy that I visited that recognized this as the solution. And in one case, Sabrina told me, "wait here just a second." This was for an watchband repair and in about 3 minutes she returned with the band repaired and informed me that it had taken so little time it was not worth charing for. Sabrina is knowledgeable, helpful, and always has the information she needs to help me easily at hand. I'll keep going back there and keep looking for her to help me when I am there!
- DJDavid Akers Jr3 days ago1.0Don't go there they are absolutely rude disrespectful and arrogant the man totally with dark hair shor fat with glasses is so highly disrespectful I came in there to get watch fix and my Rolex looked at that is real a high end one at that I asked a question about both of my watches and he asked could he see it after the fact I asked to speak with the Rolex specialist he said no he not in and the man was sitting in the work room and he argue with me after I said he is sitting right there he said he don't care and he could do o it so I said yes take it to the man back there and I need a spring for other one and he made a point to say I don't have too I hand him my roles same time he touch my watch didn't look at it and said it's a fake and it not right weight and sorry not real and I'm not getting the other man and said let me see other watch I said no he turn in and said do you want a water to leave I told him he should not asume someone who comes in and don't fit his standers as a Richy person

Always greets us with a smile and wants to catch up on how our family is doing, you don't get that kind of treatment anywhere where you truly feel like family. Matt will make the time and effort to ensure that we are happy with any selection before we walk out the door. Always recommend Matt to our friends and family and they all say the same thing.
