    Help me make sense of this, Reis Nichols. Took a wedding set in (purchased at your place) for repair because a prong broke. You fixed it and charged $150. You offer lifetime guarantee on materials and workmanship, PLUS it says right in your brochure that if a prong breaks from normal wear and the diamond falls out, you'll replace the diamond. In this case the diamond didn't fall out but I thought I was doing the prudent thing by getting it fixed before losing the diamond, which would have cost you money. Instead it cost me money. Guess I don't understand the meaning of lifetime guarantee. Next time if a prong breaks, I'll just wait til the diamond falls out and then bring it in. Funny thing is this exact same thing happened in 2017. Prong broke, diamond did fall out but fortunately we didn't lose it, and you fixed it for free. Poor customer service on this experience. Two thumbs down. Edit to Reis Nichols response: So Reis Nichols responds and says the manager has called and left a voicemail. Complete lie. I, as well as my wife, have not had any calls regarding this issue. Their reply to the review is just to make it look like they are on top of it. They're not.
