- JBjames bayerDec 20, 20251.0We bought some curtains a week or two ago ,when we got them home and hang them the two in the center were 2” longer than the outer curtains and both types said 84 inch, we came back in the very next day to looks for two more at the same length to fix the problem, but all I seen was a very rude manager ( which did not ack like a manager) her reason was they have been open, yet I went back over to the curtain display and took three pictures of curtains in clear bags with hand written labels describing them, I could go on and on but it is easier to cancel my JCP card!

I used Apple Pay which does not give me the last four digits of the card number nor did I think I’d need my id to pick up something I’ve already bought!! I don’t understand the point of the confirmation code if I’m not able to use it to confirm my order!! I’ll never step foot into a JCPenney again after today!!!!
