  My grandfather recently passed away, and I came here with my dad and brother to buy clothes for his funeral, my grandmother could not come because she was at home mourning his death, she gave us her JCPenney card to get stuff for ourselves and for him to be buried in. We spent 2 hours shopping for clothes, only to be turned away at the register by this rude lady who said we cannot use the card because it didn’t match our ID. My Dad explained to her that it was his mother’s card, and she was at home mourning the death of her husband so she could not be there herself. We asked her to call my grandmother to confirm that she was okay with us making the purchase, but she refused to even do that. She then mocked us on our way out of the store, telling us to have a wonderful day. Her name was Amanda, I cannot believe that this store would have someone work there that is so rude as to mock someone who is grieving the death of their father. No wonder this dump is going out of business. If I could put a rating lower than one star I would.

  I really liked this store and enjoy the sales but the last few times I've shopped, I had to leave without making a purchase because the smell of septic was extremely overwhelming and made me sick to my stomach. The womens dressing room was absolutely disgusting and dirty. I think I'll pass from now on.

  Good Big and Tall section. They also have a nice jewelery and watch area. I do feel like customers can sometimes be ignored or an employee cannot be found for assistance. The checkout process can also be tedious, especially if there's a line. Overall a net positive experience.
