- PSPREETHI SIVAKUMARFeb 19, 20261.0Never shopping at express again. Had the worst experience with the customer service! I returned items on Jan 31 as instructed by their own customer service, and I have proof of mailing my packages . Due to UPS delays, they arrived a few days late — and Express refused my refund or store credit, and didn’t even cover my return shipping. Multiple calls over weeks got me nowhere, just insincere apologies. Today, after nearly three weeks of uncertainty, I was finally told that they would not honor the return because it was received outside their return window — despite the fact that I followed their instructions and shipped it on time, and the delay was caused by the carrier, not me. Complete lack of accountability and customer care.
