Im not sure if it is run by yhe same owner bit this location has alot to do before they are able to accept multiple orders. I was very disappointed with the customer service by their new cashier who had not received proper training as well as the owner was rather dismissive promising that she was planning to train him today. The owner did offer to do the arrangement again and was apologetic but I didn't have 30 to 40 min. to wait till they could do it right. This is not fair to the customer nor the new cashier. I will be going to the other location if it is not owned by the same owner. Otherwise, flowers of the non edible persuasion will be the gift of chice.

I live in Atlanta Georgia and i wanted to send my friend an arrangement to greenwood indiana. it was her birthday i placed the order online got a confirmation and it took the payment out of my account just for them to call me and tell me at 4pm to tell me that they can't deliver my order. Do not order from this location if you want your loved one to receive their arrangement on time. horrible experience ever!!!!!!!
