  Went to this store two separate times in a week. Once for a purchase then a return. OH MY... No one even greeted me either time. Not one word until I got up to the register. No smile, no hello. Asked for my number and that was it. They are so unwelcoming. The younger generation just seems to not care about their jobs anymore.

  Rude and lazy staff in Greenwood Park location. Didn’t say one word to us. Looked right at me trying to find a size in a large stack of sweaters and ignored me. Too busy on their phones. Needed a medium and the stack of 20 sweaters had every single size except a medium. I’m sure they had one in back stock, but since they chose to ignore us when they were less then three feet away from us, we chose not to spend our money there. Why work in retail if you don’t like customer service?

  The staff is consistently awful. Poorly managed and an unwelcoming bunch. They don't greet you and generally group together and ignore customers or spread like flies when anyone walks in.
