They didn’t have the flowers I selected so she called in advance to discuss this and also mentioned adjusting a price if the flowers sent would differ, rather than sending an order that I would not expect and be thrown off. My order was also delivered to the wrong address and she went above and beyond to correct it and pay for the redelivery.
