- SSSandra Smith6 days ago1.0I would give zero Stars if I could. Do not use this location for cobblers direct shipping for shoe or bag repair. They have no clue what they're doing and how to use this process.
- AHAmanda HudsonApr 20, 20261.0Do not shop online. They will almost triple the amount of your pending charges by the way their ancient system works. It takes up to 5 business days before the multiple pending charges drop off. They'll blame your bank but it's their system!! Purchased 5 sandals for $287.00 I have $660.00 pending. Everything hasn't shipped yet so I'm sure it'll end up being more than that. I'll find a new shoe store that only charges you once for your purchase. Customer service are robots so don't bother. Either suck it up or shop somewhere else.

Even the clearance section - which I've found in most stores tends to be the most messy - was nice and neat. The only thing which put a damper on my experience was the check out process. When we walked up there was a lady (I tried to find her name but she wasn't wearing a nametag - older woman, extremely long, dark blonde/preying hair and thin framed glasses) at a station near by not with the checkout registers. We asked if she was able to ring us up as there were no other employees up in the area, to which she flatly said, "No, you can wait over there cause she's with another customer." So we went and waited about 2-3 minutes, then she radioed I assume the cashier after that wait to tell her we were even there. After another few minutes she radioed again saying, "Nevermind, I've got it" with a MASSIVE attitude. Honestly I felt bad for whoever has to work with her. She finally came over to check us out with this whole demeanor of, "I don't want to be doing this. I hate everything." And it was beyond unpleasant. Genuinely I enjoy shopping, especially in the Greenwood area and finding a well put-together shoe store front and back - on a Friday night no less - is a rarity in and of itself. I can only hope if I return that lady isn't present whatsoever - especially given almost every other staff member (I think about three or four different people) we walked by who were working the floors all greeted us and made sure we were okay while browsing and that level of consistency in customer attentiveness was beyond impressive! Just for long hair lady to be rude beyond belief at the end.
