- RFRay FfJul 15, 20255.0The manager at this Glenbrook mall location was so very knowledgeable, I assume she was a 20-year veteran employee, but instead, I was told she had only been working there for a month or two. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable on your inventory and the item I was trying to replace, but when it was not available at her location, she walked to another location (at Macy's) in order to secure our glasses for replacement. An A+ to this employee and to your firm
