An email was sent with requests/goals. The next day Chris Elliot, the Silk Manager, replied. His promptness was impressive as were his courteous emails. His excellent customer service provided 2 different choices. One which is PERFECT! Chris had the ribbon bolts delivered to the McNamara closest to me.
