There was visible frustration, negative facial expressions, and a tone that felt disrespectful rather than professional. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and calm communication, even if a situation requires clarification or refusal. Shopping should not make someone feel uneasy. Unfortunately, this experience did. I hope the management team focuses more on respectful customer interactions in the future.
