  Joseph the manager was absolutely a pleasure to work with, he helped recommend some jeans and they’re the most comfortable jeans I’ve ever put on. Will definetly be back for more. Highly recommend!

  Have been shopping here for years and was saddened by my experience there today. We were the only ones in the store and the young girl at the checkout was very rude to my 65 year old mother and making faces behind her back (my niece and I could see). It made my 14 year old niece very uncomfortable. The clothes aren’t worth it for that

  I left this American Eagle store feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. While interacting with the store manager, his behavior was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. There was visible frustration, negative facial expressions, and a tone that felt disrespectful rather than professional. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and calm communication, even if a situation requires clarification or refusal. Shopping should not make someone feel uneasy. Unfortunately, this experience did. I hope the management team focuses more on respectful customer interactions in the future.

  Lots of clothing items to shop from, prices reasonable based on name brand and apparent quality. Clean and organized.
