- CWC WardJan 4, 20265.0I absolutely recommend that you visit Sunglasd Hut at Edinburgh Outlet Mall. We have shopped at the Edinburgh Outlet store for several years. We had very positive experiences ar this location. They offer a large variety of sunglasses to choose from but also the person who made the experience so impressive was Elizabeth. This woman really knows her product. She asks all the right questions regardung what type of glasses you are lookimg for and then really listens. Elizabeth found the perfect RayBans for my husband and he is super picky. We bought two pair! This year, she found two separate brands for him because the Ray Ban model we previously bought is no longer available. Elizabeth is professional but also warm and very personable. This is a fantastic location and Elizabeth makes shopping their s wonderful experience. She is very good at locating glasses based on the parameters you provide. At the time of purchase, she inspects each and every pair of glasses, cleans them, packages them..all while coaching another employee and greeting entering customers! There are great deals for the large variety of sunglasses they offer! If something is pit of stock they can order sunglasses a d ship them directly to you. All of the glasses have a 1 year repair warranty. Thank you for making the experience so amazing! Thank you Elizabeth!

The glasses where missing two screws and she was able to match them up and replace them. It didn't take her long to fix either. I waited in the store while she fixed them. She definitely made my day! All the ladies in the store was very helpful. I will definitely be back!

- MPMark PatelJul 1, 20181.0Me and my friend went to this store on Saturday around 7ish (we are from India) and no one was in the store besides 2 employees. They didn’t greet us neither offered any help which was kinda weird but they were doing something so it’s understandable. minutes later one couple (white American) came in and employee greet them and helped them out for few minutes. She was done with her and went back to what she was doing and still neither of employees came to us and offered any help. I felt different here because of color of my skin. Anyways I have been here bought my glasses 3 times from here but I am not going back ever.
