- JSJoe SJan 1, 20265.0I always enjoy shopping at this Calvin Klein. It’s actually one of the more organized stores in this mall. I can always find what I’m looking for or I get offered help if I need it. The last time I used the fitting rooms they were very clean and I appreciated that.

I was not allowed to return an item which I understand but not offered store credit and just told no by the manager who did not properly train her employees. This is why the “in-person” store is dying. I would have gotten the information I needed AI.
