There is a lady that works there named Karen (rightfully so) that I find completely rude and has made me and my wife think twice about ever buying anything from their jewelry department in the future. Karen is always stating that she is too busy to assist when we call. She also makes us feel that we are inconveniencing her when we are there. Sorry Karen, I will never do business with you. Not to mention they only carry smaller or xl sizes. Most people are a Medium or a Large. It’s so frustrating that I try to avoid shopping here.
