- RCRichard CrowneNov 2, 20253.0This is a nice store, the outside is plain looking compared to the local ones (former Cincinnati Mills, West Chester). The inside has a nice koi pond that runs the main walkway, 2 floors and a good sized aquarium (something you wont find at the West Chester location). There is also a 3rd floor which we weren't able to access, the have it all covered up too, looks to be an old restaurant. Restrooms are in need of an update, they remind me of restrooms you would find in a school or in a park with the cinder blocks and poor ventilation. One main thing, my girlfriend and I noticed immediately was the terrible smell/environment inside. It smelled very dusty, moldy, and like algae. It was so bad our eyes turned red and our throats started to hurt, we were only able to spend 10 minuets inside the store before we HAD to leave. If you have bad environmental allergies, DO NOT VISIT.
