- LLLarnestoDec 28, 20251.0Stood at the Gun Bar 20-30 Minutes before I was told I needed to check into their computer to even get any assistance looking at a gun. The employee Jim just kept looking at me and would go straight to another customer, mind you, they weren’t checked in either and I was their before them. Jim then proceeded to have a 5 minute conversation with a person he knew that had just showed up, he pulled his phone out and was showing them videos, again, I was the only customer in line at that point. After the their lovely conversation had ended, He looked at me, and walked over to a customer that had just walked up. When i was eventually my turn after about an hour of waiting, I got greeted by none other than Jim. He had a super cocky attitude towards all of my questions. It was overall an irritating experience and there was terrible customer service.
