  ​My wife ​r​ecently (December 4, 2025) had a very pleasant experience at Sunglass Hut​, #5528, at Clay Terrace, Carmel, Indiana. ​Previously, she had shopped for Sun Glasses online and at various local stores and was frustrated - but, when she visited the Clay Terrace Sunglass Hut, ​the sales person “Tommy”​ was very patient and his approach gave her "Trust & Confidence" he was a "True Customer Oriented Professional" and was very knowledgeable​. ​With Sincere Smiles, Tommy truly wanted to help her find the "PERFECT SUNGLASSES" for her. He helped her find perfect options for sunglasses made for her specific face shape, skin reflection / anesthetics, body structure, etc which also included the current Specials which resulted in her getting a "Great Deal" on her "Perfect Sunglasses". She was "TRULY HAPPY" with "Tommy's True Customer Oriented Professionalism" and his desire to help her look at the options s in electing the Perfect Sunglasses for her. Additionally, Tommy was "VERY RESPECTFUL" throughout her process of deciding and selecting "HER PERFECT SUNGLASSES" at a very fair price.

  Mitchell is a rockstar! He was so personable and helpful. I had a great experience from out of town. I left with an awesome pair of sunglasses. I highly recommend coming here!!!!!

  I’ve gone here every time for new sunglasses, and as someone who goes through more pairs than they’d care to admit I must say Mitchell whose helped my wife and I every time made each experience smooth and enjoyable. From being sure we were aware of current deals to take advantage of, being honest and supportive of our selections when we needed an opinion on a pair (one time letting my 8 month pregnant wife know how a pair looked on her making her feel real good about her choice), and even when I snapped an arm on a pair Mitchell provided my options and made sure I was covered for next time so I didn’t have to experience the same headache in the future. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the the market for some shades!!
