  Just left the store there was a 12 person line and they had one person ringing. He was slower than ever multiple workers walking around just talking… It’s like they’re clueless to help customers The manager was coming up to the line saying I can help anyone with pickups … no one had one she walks away and is talking to co workers

  Terrible CS at LLL. Their return policy is so abominable ! They used to be so easy to deal with, and now it's so bad. Their STOCK price has TANKED as they have the same old merchandise they've had for 5 years. Nothing has changed. They have the short, cropped oversized hoodies, pants that are way too tight in the waist and no new styles at all. The prices keep going up and up and up. They used to pride themselves on high CS, but in the past 5 or 6 years, that's totally not the case. I find returns difficult, if it's a gift...forget it about it--they need your license and now they are so rude to boot. Shop at Alo, Athleta or Vuori!!! I received an email about being a "valued" customer and that I was a "Pinnacle member". I showed the 2 employees at check out my email, and they hassled me about giving me the "free gift" that the Pinnacle member's entitled to. The email told me to stop in and receive my gift. It was a 10 minute ordeal as the asst manager and employee at cash were hassling me about it. No wonder their stock is doing so terribly. The c.s. is so bad, the return policy is so bad, they hassle you, they don't value their customers, and I'm about ready to not shop here at all! There is so much competition out there with Vuori and Alo and Athleta, that I don't need to frequent this store anymore.!

  I ordered the cross city sneakers & they ended up being too big. I brought them in store for an exchange & had the best experience! Gabrielle helped me put my refund onto a gift card & ordered a size down shipped to my house. She was so helpful & some of the best customer service I have had in retail.

  I purchased a jacket with what looks like poop stains in the armpits. Literally still has the tags on it. They wouldn’t allow for me to return or exchange because I didn’t have an “account” that I clearly have because that’s how I accessed my receipt. After going back and forth for about 20 mins, I was told I could exchange and pay the difference if so. After shopping for something new, both of the Caucasian women had a black woman come up to check me out. Currently driving home to get all of my Lulu clothes to return them. Extremely embarrassing, but not shocking. Attaching a photo of the jacket.
