They need to fill the abandoned stores. Get creative and build something unique. It's 2026 - change the vibe of this place. Same ole crap stores. You Need something interesting to intice the people. Boring - not much to see or do in there .

Be EXTREMELY careful buying from here. My girlfriend and I had an experience not too long ago where an employee of one of the kiosks sold us fake replicas of a product, followed by her attempting to steal the products back and assaulting my girlfriend when we asked for a refund. I was debating getting the police involved, but after taking to a mall employee at the security office they assured us that it would be handled. The security officer actually informed us that this had not been the first incident with this specific kiosk woman. We returned a couple weeks after this incident, and the kiosk was empty so we assumed that would be the end of it, but upon returning again today the same kiosk was headed by the same lady selling the same fake merchandise. Given the severity of such an incident, I figured the removal of the kiosk would be the minimum that would occur, but the fact that the mall allows her to still sell the fake products demonstrates to me how trivially they view something as serious as this
For the full context/story, my girlfriend collects these little collectible toys that are hard to come by. She was ecstatic to come across them here, and despite my hesitancy with the reputation of mall kiosks, the toys did look legitimate. The packaging is such that you can't look inside it, but looked like a perfect recreation of the real thing. Upon walking a short distance away and her opening them though, it was immediately clear that these were not at all official versions, despite the hefty price. We asked for a refund, and the kiosk lady did point to a sign that stated no refunds. As scummy as this is inherently, fair enough. We got scammed, whatever. After walking a distance away, I mentioned to my girlfriend that we could try to dispute the card charge as a last resort, to which the lady sprinted the distance over to us and demanded the toys back, saying they belonged to her if we were planning to try to dispute the charge. She tried to grab them out of my girlfriend's bag, and I had to step between them. At this point, she grabbed my girlfriend's arm and would not let go. She continued to try to reach around me to steal the items back, still refusing to let my girlfriend go, for some time before randomly agreeing to give a refund. As she was charging the card back, she was waffling back and forth between being some poor victim in all this and how dumb we are to fall for a scam like this. One thing about how she was "just some poor vendor who didn't know they were fake" before turning around and calling us idiots for buying fake things because "we didn't ask her if they were genuine before buying them", as if that's something you should need to ask at any reasonable store. Actual insanity. Following this, we reported it as mentioned above and assumed it was resolved, but that assumption was based on the mall actually caring about such "minor" things as assault and attempted theft being committed by their own vendors on their property, which seems to not be the case. It is a shame because otherwise it is a very nice mall. After burning through the last few holiday gift cards we literally can't spend anywhere else, we don't exactly plan on being back
