Floors are sticky, bathrooms are beyond disgusting (overflowing trash, no soap, no paper towels), and the entire place smells like old food and neglect. Tables in the food court were covered in crumbs and grime, and no one seemed to be cleaning anything—at all. Half the stores were closed, the ones that were open looked rundown, and the overall vibe was depressing and unsanitary. This place feels abandoned but somehow still crowded enough to make it worse. For a public space that families are supposed to visit, the lack of basic cleanliness is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and skip this mall unless you enjoy dirt, odors, and regret. Management should be embarrassed.
