- BNBrittany NordhoffMar 20, 20261.0I hardly ever shop here and today reminded me why!!! I will NEVER BE GOING BACK!!!! The employee followed my children and I around because they were bouncing balls that we had every intention on buying. However they got in trouble so I made them put them up. The employee followed us to the front and said “you guys aren’t going to buy the balls you just bounced” obviously being rude. So unprofessional. Didn’t realize it was a crime to bounce a mini basketball. If you don’t want children temped to bounce a ball, maybe put them up and don’t have them available to play with!!!

When I attempted to return them WITH the receipt, original box, and even in the bag they were bought in, I was told they still couldn’t do it. Customer service here sucks, they argued the whole time going and the lady said she smelled a cleaner on them and it made her sneeze. There wasn’t any cleaner used on them at all, they will clearly say any bs just to get out of returning an item for you. If you’re going to argue with your customers and not take back a perfectly resellable product then maybe put it in bold for all your customers to see so the know what they’re dealing with and don’t get ripped off for shoes or any product that can’t even be used.

- APAbe PagotaFeb 7, 20261.0Typical Lawrence county business. Staffed mainly by lazy ignorant people who could care less. Go in to pick up an item that's on one of their "flash sales" and it's nowhere to be found even though it shows in stock on the store website. When you finally find an employee, they say oh we haven't had any of that item for weeks. Maybe months. Probably the 3rd time I've run across this at Dunham's which is why I plan to make it the last time I waste my time there.
