  After seeing the 3.0 star review for this location, I was scared to go because of other people's bad experiences but I had a good time here. I even bought some cute items! The staff were helpful and Joe at the cash register was great. I didn't have an issue with the customer service. The only thing I was sad about was that they did not have nice blazers at this location. At Nordstroms in Oak Brook, they have the $199 blazers and I was hoping to find one at Nordstrom Rack for less than that. Nonetheless, I had a great experience and will be back again.

  I shop at Nordstrom Rack quite often and have always enjoyed the experience, but my visit today was very frustrating. I came in to return a pair of shoes that turned out not to be my size, even though they were placed in the aisle for my size. When I went to the register, the manager (I believe her name was Maggie or Madison) looked at my receipt and immediately told me that it was not the receipt for the shoes. I left the store to double-check and realized that the shoes were in fact listed on that receipt. The date matched the day I shopped, the items matched what I purchased, and the charge also appeared on my bank account. When I came back and asked her to check again, she seemed very reluctant to help. I even asked if she could look it up using the card I paid with, but she initially refused. What made the situation more frustrating was seeing her tell another customer the exact same thing right in front of me. The interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. A simple explanation or willingness to check the transaction properly would have gone a long way. As someone who shops at Nordstrom Rack regularly, I was disappointed by the way this situation was handled and hope customer service can be more helpful in the future.

  No one’s available to help, if you want a purse it’s hard to find someone to take it off the security alarm, then they don’t let you try it on or decide whether to buy it or not, they watch like a hawk and it’s so awkward that I just didn’t buy it from this location/store.

  I recently bought a suit for my boyfriend’s birthday, but when I purchased it, the cashier didn’t mention that it was final sale. The fit was very weird and tight so my boyfriend asked if I could return it. I spoke with the manager and they wouldn’t let me return it even though it is brand new. I will not be returning to this store, very upset with the rude customer service!
