  Fantastic experience shopping at JCrew Factory. My spring clothes collection was sadly outdated so I shopped their big 50% off sale. Ellie, Lauren, and Colleen helped me pick out perfect fit linen pants and wide leg jeans, and the softest sweaters. I also noticed Lauren helping the customer next to my dressing room to find the perfect color in a pullover. I'll definitely shop there again. It felt friendly and fun. Go! You know you want to!

  Employee with blonde hair and thick brown glasses was EXTREMELY rude to me. I was making a return for a family member and explained the situation to her, she responded "do you have that card with you, well then what are you going to do if you need the card" in a very degrading tone. Online it says only receipt is needed to make the return, not only does this mean that the employee does not know the policies but she was simply rude to me because I am a young adult. Very unprofessional. I did not react at all to the situation and just diminished conversation as to not create a scene. This kind of behavior RUINS peoples days and experiences with brands as a whole. I really encourage the manager to ensure employees are treating ALL costumers with respect regardless of demographic. I will not be returning to this store due to this interaction.

  The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made it a nice shopping experience! Also, there are lots of great deals.
