- DMdaniel martinez4 days ago1.0It is unfortunate that we have come to a point where no one will accept responsibility for anything. I can't return shoes that are acknowledged as having a defect by the manufacturer. Not to mention that there is a class action lawsuit against the manufacturer of OnCloud for this very defect. OnCloud is not my vendor. I didn't buy my shoes from OnCloud. I bought them from Nordstrom Rack. Nordstrom Rack should return them.

He should be fired !
