I’ve had some not so pretty ones and I never run into this problem with this location. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, it’s a pleasure ordering from here. - VVVanessaMar 5, 20212.0Ordered a basket for a coworker and it looked great upon pick-up. The next day my coworker sent me photos of moldy grapes. I was surprised but more shocked to learn that the shop tried to blame me for moldy grapes and claimed they didn't know how I handled it before I gifted it. I picked it up at 11am and it was gifted at 11:30 and kept in a refrigerator until my coworker went home at 12pm. She texted me the photo at 2pm the following day. I'm not sure how mold would grow in that short time. Obviously the store used old grapes and won't just take accountability for their mistake. I wasn't looking for money back, I simply expected the store to replace the grapes for my coworker. When they wouldn't, as well as never trying to contact me, I feel as though this is all I can do to vent my frustration. Everyone lost in this situation and it's very sad because it was an expensive gift and meant to be a great experience for everyone. Not telling people to stay away but maybe check the fruit before leaving the parking lot and maybe they will take accountability if you're unhappy with your purchase.
