- JHJenna HoodApr 15, 20241.0I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban‘s and had the lens shatter. I went into this sunglass hut, and the representative told me that the only thing I could do was buy a new lens. I asked her to help me order it since I didn’t know the size or any information to order a lens. She couldn’t get into the website so she gave me a phone number to call with my model number. When I called the number, it said it was no longer in service, I went back to her and told her that the number was no longer in service and she told me that was the only thing she could do for me or my other option was to purchase a whole new pair of sunglasses. Frustrated that the customer service wasn’t able to help me get what I needed and now my only other option is to drive to Skokie and hope old Orchard is better. Would not recommend going to this specific location.
