They were obviously used and not brand new. I brought this to the checkout associates' attention, she agreed that they looked used. She called the manager to see if I could get a discount. THE manager saw the shoes and said "Well there is nothing I can do for you except return them". I said but they are not brand new as I expected. I then asked if Nordstroms usually sell used items? SHE looked at me and said I can't discount these for you, this is what they sent, do you want to return them for a refund? Rude and unacceptable. Don't SHOP at Nordstroms.
