Just want to browse and see what catches your eye? You'll have a good time. If you are looking to sell your old books/DVDs/LPs then you should be prepared for disappointment as they pay pennies on the dollar. However, if you're just looking to clear out stuff and not concerned about making back the gas money it cost to bring stuff here, then it's the place for your unwanted media.

The employees were standoffish and arrogant, and when I decided to not sell a few of the items I brought in to them, they seemed very annoyed at having to "recalculate" their offer. For all purposes, just go to the Schaumburg location instead. Better in every way, and with far kinder employees.

There were people with disabilities trying to check out and she was very rude to them. When it was my turn she didnt say hello or thank you to me. She had a terrible look on her face as well. Dealing with customers doesnt seem to be up her ally.

- AMAnahi MaravillaJan 25, 20264.0Absolutely love this store, it’s a 20-ish minute drive for us but it’s worth it. They have books on almost everything and I bought some of my school books from here. They even have a kids section in the back filled with books for little ones. The only thing was that a lot of people would come in at around the same time and you couldn’t really look at all the books, the place is a little smaller, but I guess that means that they are getting business if it’s busy🙃
