  While the staff is normally courteous and helpful with finding fits for clothes, their return policy needs some tweaking. I purchased a shirt at the downtown Chicago location at a cost of $500. My girlfriend did not like it when I returned to our hotel and advised me to wear another light blue shirt with the jacket. The tags were removed at the store as I explained I didnt have any scissors or tools with me and so the salesperson in Chicago was kind enough to take care of this for me. Since my girlfriend does not like the shirt, I saw little reason to keep it. I tried to return it in Vernon Hills and was denied by the manager on duty. He told me the shirt was worn because it had no tags. I assured him it was tried on but never worn by me. Despite this, he refused the return, even for store credit or exchange. Mind you this is a store I have spent thousands with over the years and I was denied a return just like that. They have just lost a customer for life due to this lack of customer service. Don't shop here if you want a store that has a relationship with and values their customers.

  The staff was amazing helping me. The average review is because as a rewards customer there were no discounts I could apply. Nothing. I checked my emails and nothing applied. That should never happen

  Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. The inventory at the store was disappointing as I would have purchased twice as much if my size and selections were in stock. I have list considerable weight lately and needed to go to the store to determine my new size. Salesman was very solicitous at checkout and made sure I got all the rewards I was entitled to.
