They are so friendly its totally different than any other store i've been in. Employees go out of their way to make eye contact. Nick worked with me for what felt like hours test shooting a couple different models and answering all of my questions. This is the best “big box” archery department there is in the industry. I definitely recommend the guys at Scheels in Springfield if this is your closest place for quality equipment, service, and expertise.

I had an issue ongoing that was no fault of Scheels, but a product issue that the warranty from the manufacturer was giving my problems on. Brayden was fair and more than helpful from the jump. He and Seth worked to rectify the situation and get me taken care of. When you think of shopping on Amazon, or online for that matter - remember all the empty buildings and retailers that have closed, and factor that into your decision. You will not get the support of a brick and mortar store, let alone from a Brayden by ordering everything online. Utilize your local retailer and shop in person, and shop local. Scheels should hold on to Brayden tight.. there is unlimited demand for young people that offer longevity, loyalty, and reliability that always take care of the customer. Great job Brayden, and great job to his managers for empowering him to serve his customers!

I am usually here for specific things I can't find at my local bass pro but I still find myself wondering around buying way more than I came for. Quality, premium products. It's worth the drive to spend half your day in this store and then get Darcy's after.
