- OOOmni3 days ago5.0Recently had to get a refund. Didn’t want to, It wasn’t Scheels’s fault I never received my order. The blame falls entirely on the Chicago Post Office. They seriously need to be sued because they don’t do their jobs and mail becomes lost/stolen once it goes there. The Chicago usps is making you and many others lose income due to their workers inability and incompetence.

Techs worked with each other seamlessly. Fitting process comprehensive and they took time with me during the shooting & testing so I walked out with proper setup. I didn’t feel rushed. Price points for bows and accessories were good. Could have spend a couple minutes discussing warranty specifics and how to register bow.

Now they’re charging $2 for an electronic background check? Yeah the one that they don’t even do shit for. You key it in and that’s it. No paper to hold for years. You aren’t filing the 4473 in a cabinet. Last time I purchase from here. What a joke. Staccato took care of me on the mags. They sell the 10 round mags ($30), would be nice to have them in the store or take $60 off the price of the gun.

She was so friendly and helpful and I wouldn’t have asked if they had my size unless she had stopped me and my boyfriend. Great Scheels experience!
