  We chose Tiffany & Co. because of its longstanding reputation for exceptional quality and customer service. Our relationship with Tiffany’s began with the purchase of an engagement ring, and on our tenth anniversary we upgraded the diamond and purchased a platinum wedding band. Since August 2024, we have returned to the Skokie location multiple times for polishing services and to inquire about the diamond certificate. On each visit, we were assured that the matter would be followed up, yet the certificate was never ordered. We are surprised and disappointed by the lack of follow-through and the level of customer service we have experienced. While the associate who assisted us during the purchase was excellent, we have since spoken with several representatives—including the store manager—without any resolution.

  Had a horrible experience at this location. I made my first purchase here and it took almost 4 months to receive my engraved charm(estimated time was 3-4 weeks). When I returned to pick up my order, there were 2 ladies that were extremely rude and judgmental. I asked if they could clean my ring while I waited and she very rudely asked "is it a real diamond?" I told her it was and she said no. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I will be recommending any other location to friends and family going forward and thankfully this was the last charm I needed to complete my very sentimental bracelet.

  DO NOT BRING UNIQUE items to this store. tiffany charge like a Cartier, but when it gets to the service it’s a bazaar where you have to hustle. Otherwise, they TRICK YOU. I purchased several items in the store. This time I had ordered a new strap for my wife’s watch. And the Tiffany made it too short and not proportional! Also managers of the store told my wife that her mechanical watch doesn’t work. It has to be fixed. The price of that is $1200. Since her watch was working well before it was given to Tiffany, she refused to pay. After trying to brainwash her, they agreed to fix it for no charge. Spending more then an hour with them in the store, my wife realized that her watch is working properly and shows accurate time. I’m not sure what exactly they targeted to get, the money or the watch, I guess both. After this situation, this people lost our trust and we didn’t leave the watch in the store because things get lost. Finally, when the wright size strap arrived, they switched it from gold to plated gold buckle. When that happened, I had to deal with the store manager because the person who put an order together was busy, had a family emergency or simply stayed aside. I understand that, otherwise now she has to lie to me. All this bs took us 6 months and I had to return that strap. The bottom line: 1) the watch is working properly. 2) didn’t get the item I ordered. No more business with tiffany.
