Instead of helping me, one of the staff members raised her voice and acted unprofessionally. I was spoken to rudely and made to feel uncomfortable, even though I approached the situation calmly. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and, in my opinion, goes against both employee conduct standards and consumer rights.
