  love this store the people that work here are super polite and helpful especially Vanessa who was very patient with my shopping for a new fragrance and love that she had a few suggestions that ultimately got me to buy the one I love the most,Thank you!!

  I bought a wallet online that came all wrinkly. I tried to remedy the situation by stuffing the wallet with socks. That did not help, so I went to this store and asked for assistance. A LV sales assistant told me to ‘iron it’. After some back and forth, she took my number but I never received a formal follow-up. I went to another store location, and they exchanged the wallet for me with no problem.

  I went to the LV in Old Orchard Mall with a family member just to look around. I decided to smell some perfume and one of the coworker at LV store the short Asian lady she was nice I was asking her questions about what smells what kind of perfume she likes and she told me about the smell of each perfume. My little cousin and I notice that she was following us through the store acting like we were about to steal something so I asked her a question about the duffle bags and how much it cost and she told me the price. I went to the men side to smell the cologne (which was on the other side store) and I asked her question about the smell and she was answering my questions. At that point I was feeling uncomfortable and wanted to see more of the store I never been followed before at the store and remind you she was the only employee following us and they were more customers at the store shopping and looking around and nobody was being followed them. I understand LV is luxury store and that lady really took the joy experience walking into LV store. I really hope one of the Manger at LV store read this review and retrained that employee about racial profiling customers that walk through the door.

  Frankie provided an outstanding shopping experience during my visit. Their deep knowledge of LV’s lineups and especially the colognes was impressive—they explained the details with clarity and made excellent recommendations that suited my taste. Beyond product expertise, Frankie’s customer service was fantastic. They were attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience feel personalized and enjoyable I highly recommend asking for Frankie if you’re looking for guidance at Louis Vuitton.
