  Faye was amazing she listens to what sizes and colors I was interested in and she found the right one. !!! I will be going back to get my bag from her !! Even talked to me about new denim collection coming out March 20 !

  The staff, particularly the manager Anna, were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to assist me. Their helpfulness truly made a difference in my visit. I left feeling very satisfied with both the products and the exceptional service. I look forward to returning soon.

  I've been to many Louis Vuitton locations around the world - NZ & Paris but this one takes the cake as the rudest staff I've ever encountered. Just asking for help and the lady was like did you talk to the person in the front talking to us as if we're bothering her. I will never go into this store again. They need training in customer service. Louis Vuitton is a tacky brand anyway and their staff is arrogant and tacky as well. Don't ever go this location especially if you are a POC.

  Very disappointing experience. My husband and I visited to celebrate our six-year anniversary and were fully prepared to make a special purchase. When my husband asked if fragrance samples were available, the associate said yes — but then simply stood there without offering them, which created an awkward and uncomfortable moment. The overall sales approach felt overly pushy and transactional rather than welcoming. Luxury shopping should feel like an experience, not pressure. If we just wanted to make a quick purchase, we could have done so online. We came in for service and hospitality. Unfortunately, we left feeling uncomfortable and took our business elsewhere. We ended up having a wonderful experience at Nordstrom, where we purchased fragrances from Maison Francis Kurkdjian and received the level of service we expected. Customer experience truly makes the difference.
