I attempted to initiate a return of a shirt in its bag with tags still on it here because the shirt arrived dirty and looking used. Without asking why I wanted to return, the cashier told me haughtily “We don’t accept returns with pet damage, please leave”. As a lifelong customer this was obviously disappointing and I will not be returning to this location. Would advise others to avoid if looking for even a modicum of customer service. Edit: I went back about 30 minutes later and a separate employee took the return totally as expected. Seems like it was just a bad attitude by the one. Adjusted to add a star but still will be avoiding this location like the plague.

I said I bought it in the store and she's like well you need to go back to store. Well guess what, I found my receipt and I'm in the store right now. I said I need to EXCANGE THE JACKET. The guys is making a return. I'm like do you have this jacket in the store. He says yes they're upstairs and keeps doing his thing. I'm like do you have that size I need an exchange, that's my only jacket. Oh I don't know you'd have to GO AND SEE UPSTAIRS. Well if it's not upstairs what do I do then??? Out of touch! Big shout out to the lady Jude upstairs for being so kind and understanding unlike the rest of the untrained staff. Original: Bought kids jacket, of course expected a quality so threw away the receipt. The jacket is coming undone at the seam after one week and nothing they can do. Not coming back ever!! Not like it's $20 jacket so whatever
