- ARAleja Rodas3 days ago1.0My mom and I were shopping at Old Orchard today when she came out of the Express outlet store visibly upset. The woman working at the front desk on 01/09/2026 at approximately 1:30 PM was absolutely horrid. My mom went in to make a return. When she approached the front desk, she greeted the employee but received no response. When she explained that she had a return, the employee still did not speak to her, checked the clothing, and then immediately threw the items back at her, stating that it was an outlet and the items could not be returned there. My mom was completely caught off guard by the employee’s attitude and by the way she flung the merchandise back at her. Because of this behavior, my mom asked for the employee’s name, but the employee refused to provide it. My mom told her that her attitude was ugly and attempted to record the interaction. The employee was a young white female with medium brown hair. After reading other reviews, this doesn’t seem like an isolated issue. This store seriously needs better customer service and accountability.

She did not give her name out after we asked for her name after her disrespectful attitude toward us. She interrupted our conversation about a misleading sale sign with our sales associate. Unpleasant experience here.
