- MRMary RihaniNov 16, 20251.0I went in to make a return. I explained to the cashier that it was a gift so I didn’t have the receipt. She said I couldn’t return it even though all of the tags were still intact and it was unworn. If I went to Lulu they would’ve let me return a gift without a receipt. Any store would, especially during the holidays. Not only did they not help me, but the cashier who was next to the women helping me decided to give her 2 cents about how it doesn’t matter about the tags being intact and gave a whole bunch of attitude. I’m done shopping here.
