  Haven't purchased anything yet but went in yesterday because my coworker told me they usually have a good sale. Sp I went in to see legging for my daughter she's is short young lady so I asked if they have anything for short (petite) and there was three staff standing next to each other one was folding clothes and the other two just standing so I asked them if they have anything for petite or short people the two standing just started laughing about it And the one was folding answered me really nice but the other two kept looking at each other and laughing and then one off asked me rudely is it for i said no for my daughter and she asked how tall she was and I said 4'10 and she laughed again and said wow yes that's short and kept laughing. I didn't say anything to here but kept thinking about it so that's why I had to write so Aerie is aware of what kind of staff is hiring first that's not how you talk and treat customers what if my daughter was with how do you this she would feel. Horrible customer service would not recommend to anyone to go there so they can make fun off them the worst

  I'm not much of a bra wearer but had just bought an expensive gown that needed one, so I ran in here all a tizzy and Karina was super helpful, she measured me and suggested a bra style based on the gown. The final look was literally STUNNING, that bra put it all together. Thank you so much to Karina and Aerie you saved my life

  I came in about last week looking for leggings and she was so helpful and kind. She grabbed me more options than I asked for and I ended up buying great pieces. Her name was Selene.

  My friend and I visited this location yesterday, I had to make a return meanwhile my friend was shopping. I went up to the counter to make the return and was immediately rudely greeted. The employee asked me what was wrong with the item as if I was causing an inconvenience to her. then when that was done my friend made a purchase and the same employee was also rude and dismissive towards her. My friend didn’t care until she returned home and noticed not one but both items she had purchased still had the security sensor on it (no alarms went off when exiting the store) I understand not entirely enjoying your job but that does not excuse not performing well.
