  Bought a basic t shirt online that came a was small and see through. I bought it 2 weeks ago. Came here to return it, never worn, with the receipt, and they wouldn’t refund me my $30 because I didn’t have the tag. She told me I could call customer service? For a $30 shirt. Nevermind I went out of my way to return it in store. I just left it on the counter. Never shopping at American Eagle or Aerie again.

  Haven't purchased anything yet but went in yesterday because my coworker told me they usually have a good sale. Sp I went in to see legging for my daughter she's is short young lady so I asked if they have anything for short (petite) and there was three staff standing next to each other one was folding clothes and the other two just standing so I asked them if they have anything for petite or short people the two standing just started laughing about it And the one was folding answered me really nice but the other two kept looking at each other and laughing and then one off asked me rudely is it for i said no for my daughter and she asked how tall she was and I said 4'10 and she laughed again and said wow yes that's short and kept laughing. I didn't say anything to here but kept thinking about it so that's why I had to write so Aerie is aware of what kind of staff is hiring first that's not how you talk and treat customers what if my daughter was with how do you this she would feel. Horrible customer service would not recommend to anyone to go there so they can make fun off them the worst

  Horrible!! Associates have no idea what is going on , associates on their phone on the floor laughing at Tik Toks with a busy store!!!
