I placed a SAME DAY pick up order online through Ray-Ban.com and when I went to pick up my order a male employee said Saturdays are busy so they don’t get pick up orders (?) the employee also grabbed the glasses I ordered and repeatedly told me I could buy them from him now if I wanted them today. I showed my order confirmation multiple times and we verified the store number. I also showed him that it said there’s no guarantee I could cancel my order. Plus, I already paid online. I didn’t want to buy the sunglasses again - I just wanted to pick up my order. I left and said I would come back. Well that was 3 days ago now and I got an email today saying my order was cancelled. It seemed like Sunglass hut did not want to fulfill my pick up order because they wanted me to purchase through them in store. I have contacted ray ban as well - but I will never go back to a Sunglass hut ever again.
