  We went back for exchange, but the lady was there seems she doesn’t like that they give us nice box for the glass we purchased and she start questioning that they were not supposed to do that, she even tried to take it back, come on its just a box. That was unprofessional, 3 stars for the guy we purchased from first time was nice and professional.

  I forget who the gentleman and ladies name who were working today (march 20th) at 2pm but they were extremely helpful and kind. They helped both my husband and i find a new pair of sunglasses. Honestly top notch customer service that blew me away.

  I had an excellent experience at Sun Hut in Woodfield Mall. I recently purchased a pair of Versace sunglasses, and I was assisted by Bri. She was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made the shopping experience very pleasant. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and would highly recommend visiting this location.

  Some of the best service I've had. For someone to help me find the right frames for my face, be patient with me the whole time. I really appreciated it. Exactly what I was hoping for. Wasn't planning to buy, but ended up getting a pair I really liked BECAUSE of how awesome the person working the store was.
