  Right from get-go, Dmitri was welcoming and helpful in customizing the frame and upgrade our lenses to Prizm Polarized. He was patient in trying different shades of lenses and thoughtful in suggesting what suits best for running, along with being stylish. Best Oakley store in the Chicagoland!

  I drove all the way from Chicago to Oakley - Woodfield Mall for a specific pair of sunglasses I saw online. When I arrived, the store was busy and all associates were helping customers, but a kind employee still acknowledged me and connected me with the manager, Kyle. Within minutes, Kyle personally helped me and checked their inventory. The exact pair wasn’t in stock, but he didn’t stop there. He searched other locations near Chicago and personally called each one to track it down. One store had just sold the last pair, and another was too busy to answer — but Kyle offered to keep trying and said he’d contact me if he secured it. About 30 minutes later, I got the call — he found it. When I returned to complete the purchase, we discovered the item listed online wasn’t exactly as described. The pair Kyle secured for me was actually an upgraded version, and he still honored the sale without hesitation. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Kyle went above and beyond, and that level of care is rare. Highly recommend this location!
