The consultant was unable to help me find the right product, was slow, and behaved rudely. I kindly ask you to pay attention to the quality of customer service. - CCChristopher ChackoMar 30, 20261.0I've come to this Nordstrom for well over 20 years and never had issues. However, recently I tried making an appointment for a pants hemming, which I've done before. The first time, the Nordstrom appointment setting allowed me to create an appointment at a timeslot before the store is even open. The second time, I showed up for my appointment, and the staff member helping me had absolutely no idea they did appointments, I showed them my appointment, and she continued to shrug her shoulders. A different tailor than whom I had been assigned showed up, and within 1 minute told me they couldn't do the alteration, and that was it. I understand and respect the expert opinion of the tailor, however the entire process, of staff being confused about making a tailoring appointment, repeatedly telling me they don't know anything about that, and saying "I'll call someone but I can't help you", was pretty offputting to be honest.
