- KKKimberlyDec 7, 20255.0Marissa was absolutely wonderful. My 6yo daughter has exceptionally high sensory feelings on the top of her feet. It's extremely hard to buy shoes for her. Even brands that offer Wide Width don't always miss that zone on the top of the foot by the toes and she just can't wear them. Vans collaborated with Kpop Demon Hunters and my kids wanted them sooo bad. Was able to get their sizes and when I brought them home .... Like I feared, she wouldn't be able to wear them. I went back to the store to return them with daughter in hand to try on other shoes praying we could find something that she would be able to wear. I explained my concern to Marissa and she absolutely understood and patiently went through box after box after box after box with not even a hint of frustration (a pure Saint). She found a high top that was even in the Kpop DH collection in a different size to give her that extra wiggle room (Thank you @Vans for being one of the few brands to offer 1/2 sizes) and that smile my daughter had when they fit and were comfortable is the reason us parents will go out of the way for. That smile was everything! Thank you, Marissa for having such patience and understanding with the dedication to help us get a pair of shoes today. It meant the world to me!
