The glue must have came loose on one of the arms so i brought it back. Told me I couldn't return it.!...... I told him to speak to a manager. He called a manager. The manager told him couldn't return it. No explanation wasted about 20 minutes of my time. Then I wento inside a real sunglass hut to be taken care of right away. Don't buy from Macy's sunglassHut , there policies are different. Save your money Let's go to a real one inside the mall. The one I went to this was straight ahead outside of the Macy's mall. Customer service was the best. Sunglass hut first level of mall.
